We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel. Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, great location near Cali Tower, and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Don Mauricio, went above and beyond to show us the best of the city. Highly recommended for a memorable visit.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Easter decorations were absolutely stunning! The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to find a bite to eat. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day, offering a wide variety of options.
The noise level in the rooms was unbearable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The walls seemed paper-thin, with the sound of other guests and street noise making it hard to relax.

The hotel's security measures felt inadequate, particularly in the evening. the front entrance was locked, and we had to wait for someone to buzz us in, making it seem more like a prison than a hotel.
